For Mission 10 and 11 R4M Advanced:the placement of the gigo bike to the destination area must be each area 3 bikes (left and right @3)? or can be more than 3 bikes in 1 area?
The starting area must have 3cars in each zone, while there is no limit for the scoring area.

No. Mission objects must not be touched before the match begins.

How long is the arranging R4M Basic and Advanced components time before competition start? 30 seconds or 1 minute?
Preparation time is 2 minutes for the Basic and 3 minutes for the Advanced. The match begins immediately when time is up.
