Hello, competing teams!
The World GreenMech Contest is just around the corner, kicking off on August 7th!
To help you prepare fully, we've put together some crucial resources for this competition:
📄The Competition Reminders include written materials in both Chinese and English versions. (which will also be placed on each team's table on the day of the event)
🎧The English Audio File is an audio recording of key highlights from the Chief Judge, in English.
These valuable resources will help every team understand the competition flow and key information in advance.

⚠️Since the Chief Judge will be speaking in Chinese on the competition day, if the children are concerned about clarity during the live announcement, we recommend listening to the English audio file multiple times before the event!
🛠️【 Complaint Procedure - GreenMech (GM) Teams】
To ensure fairness and transparency in the competition, participants who have any questions regarding judging results or competition rules may follow the procedures below to file a complaint:
🔈1. Verbal complaint:
📌 During the competition, if participants have questions about scoring or the competition format, they should immediately inform a live judge or staff member. On-site personnel will assist participants in contacting the Chief Judge, who will promptly address their concerns.
📝2. Written complaint:
📌If, after verbally communicating with the Chief Judge, participants still feel their complaint has not been adequately resolved, please proceed to the information desk to obtain and complete a written complaint form. Once the complaint form is submitted, the Chief Judge will convene a judges' meeting and make a final decision on the complaint.
📌Please note:
✅All complaints must be submitted before the scoring for the final group in that specific division is completed.
✅To protect your rights, please make sure to act promptly, collect a complaint form at the information desk, and complete the complaint process.
Please remember to download all relevant materials. We wish you a successful competition!
